Felice Chandler
Felice received her Bachelors of Exercise Science in 2012 and Masters of Physiotherapy in 2014 from Griffith University Gold Coast. She has extensive experience across a range of health conditions and injuries having worked in hospital, private practice and sporting clubs.
Being involved in many sports with a background in athletics, basketball and rugby, Felice has experienced her own debilitating injuries. She understands the impact of an injury, big or small, on an athlete and the importance of an individualised approach to every injury and rehabilitation journey.
Felice believes a practitioner should practice what they preach. She loves a variety of strength and power training, and Olympic weightlifting. This is embodied with her ongoing training at CrossFit DUX.
With a strong value for health, science and movement, Felice provides exceptional care. In her experience, she believes that people are limited by their beliefs and education surrounding their condition or pain. She values effective communication and understanding of underlying conditions as the fundamental component of a productive interaction between health professionals and individuals.
It is her philosophy to educate and evaluate an individual's beliefs surrounding pain and/or diagnoses to empower people to take control of their pain and clear the way of what is holding them back from achieving their goals.
Felice’s unique background knowledge surrounding sport, exercise science and physiotherapy provides an ultimate combination for movement improvement. The MOTUS way.
